Welcome to your area
This area is opened for you by (name of the professional), who is responsible for the information concerning you. Eventelio (Kévin Moniaux EI, trading name Le Bon Contact, Agen) hosts and operates this area on their behalf, in France.

The rules #
- Your access is personal. You receive a login or an access code: do not share it. If you believe that another person is using it, notify the professional or write to contact@eventelio.online.
- You only see your event. You only have access to the events to which the professional has invited you, with the rights they have granted you. Do not attempt to access other events or other accounts.
- What you upload must be lawful and belong to you. Texts, photos, music, links, inspiration images: you must hold the rights to them. For a photo showing other people, make sure you have their consent, and that of the parents for children.
- Respect the privacy of others. Do not enter information about a person's health or beliefs (allergies, diet, religion) without their consent, and only in the fields provided for this purpose. Do not include any personal data of third parties in messages or the forum unless necessary.
- Courtesy. The messaging system and the forum are used to prepare the event and to help one another: no insults, harassment, unsolicited advertising or illegal content. Reported content may be hidden; Eventelio may suspend access that breaches these rules, informing you of the reason and how to challenge the decision (contact@eventelio.online).
- Licence over your content. You authorise the professional and Eventelio to display, reproduce and technically transform (for example into PDF) the content you upload, in this area and for this event only, for as long as the event exists. You remain the owner of your content; a photographer remains the holder of their copyright.
- Photos and publication. If you give the professional permission to publish photos or first names (for example on their social networks), you may withdraw it at any time from this area; the withdrawal applies to the future.
- Artificial intelligence assistant. Eventelio does not provide any AI. If you connect your own assistant to the event, you do so under your account with its publisher, which may be established outside the European Union; the authorisation screen informs you of this. You may revoke this access at any time.
- Eventelio is not a party to your contract with the professional. Eventelio provides the tool; it is responsible neither for the organisation or running of the event, nor for content uploaded by the other participants. This charter does not limit the rights granted to you by law.
- Your rights over your data. Access, rectification, erasure, objection: contact the professional first, as the controller of your data. If you write to Eventelio, your request is forwarded to them within five working days. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) (www.cnil.fr).
- End of access. The professional may withdraw your access; it is deleted together with the event or with their account. Before a deletion, ask them for a copy of what belongs to you.
Evidence #
Eventelio records, on your record, the date and time of your acceptance, the version of this charter and a technical fingerprint of your connection (never the address itself). This data is deleted together with your record.
