Vendor directory
How the vendor directory works
Where do the listings come from?
A claimed listing was activated by the professional themselves, free of charge, after their business was checked; they are responsible for its content: description, trades, service area, photos, venues where they work.
Eventelio uses INSEE’s public Sirene register (open data, Licence Ouverte 2.0) to check that a business exists and is active, to pre-fill its registration and to create the listings marked “unclaimed”.
Listings marked “unclaimed” are created automatically for active businesses whose declared activity matches an events trade. We add no reviews, photos, contact details or precise address to them. They may be indexed by search engines when the business is active and its trade and town are known. Businesses that have restricted the distribution of their data with INSEE or asked to be removed are not included.
Claimed and verified listings
The professional proves that they run the business: either by an email to the address of their own website, which shows the same SIREN number, or by a document reviewed by the team (URSSAF attestation de vigilance, deleted after the decision). A SIREN number alone, a status notice or a free email address is not enough. A listing reviewed by the team carries the “Verified” label.
Only claimed listings receive quote requests. For a professional who hasn’t activated their listing, no request is collected and no message is sent to them.
How results are ranked
In a list by town, the default order is as follows: first the professionals based in the town, then those in neighbouring towns by distance; at equal distance, claimed and completed listings come before the others; finally alphabetical order. This second criterion relates to the relationship with the professional (free registration). In a list by department or region, claimed and completed listings come before the others, then the order is alphabetical.
No professional pays to be ranked higher; ratings and reviews don’t affect the order. If paid promotion is ever offered, it will be labelled “Sponsored”.
Verified reviews
A review can only be left following a real event organised by an Eventelio organiser with this vendor: the client receives a personal, single-use link. The vendor can neither buy nor delete a review; the platform only rejects a review for abusive language, personal data, off-topic content or fraud, never because of its rating.
Removing a listing
A listing is removed if the business ceases trading, restricts the distribution of its data with INSEE, requests its deletion, or if its content breaches our terms. Any professional can request the deletion of a listing, without an account and free of charge. Delete or correct a listing
We send a confirmation link, valid for 7 days, to the address you provide. As soon as you confirm, the listing is removed from the directory and its information is erased within 72 hours. The SIREN number is then added to an objection list so that the listing is never recreated, unless the business later claims a listing itself.

Relationship with professionals
Eventelio is not a party to the quotes or contracts concluded between an organiser and a vendor, and does not guarantee their services. Business data comes from the Sirene register; the source and update date are shown where they are used.
